August generates approximately 34% of Promino’s year-to-date net revenue as new proprietary Rejuvenate formula reaches expanded U.S. retail distribution

BURLINGTON, Ontario – September 22, 2026 — Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. (CSE:MUSL) (OTC: MUSLF) (FSE: 93X) (“Promino” or the “Company”) today reported preliminary, unaudited net revenue of approximately C$198,500 for August 2026. With cost of revenues of approximately C$70,200, positive gross profit margins were achieved.

August represented an acceleration in revenues and gross margins as the Company returned to inventory following product constraints during the first half of the year. The new inventory features Promino’s proprietary Rejuvenate Muscle Health™ formula, including essential amino acids and 1,000 IU of plant-based Vitamin D3 to support muscle strength and function.

A significant portion of August revenue resulted from the previously announced Kroger 90-day Rejuvenate retail test, which shipped beginning in late July 2026. The program expands Rejuvenate’s U.S. shelf presence across multiple Kroger banners, including Ralphs in Southern California, introducing the brand to new consumers through one of North America’s largest grocery retailers.
