Shipping policy

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days to get it ready to ship. This excludes weekends and/or holidays, with a  cutoff time for processing orders after 3:30 PM due to warehousing pickup times from couriers.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. Qualifying regions for your domestic shipping options exclude Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for the USA, along with the Northwest Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut for Canada. Countries outside of the United States and Canada may have restrictions or will be charged additional shipping.
  • Shipping costs. Standard International - 4 to 8 business days - Free

    Express International - 2 to 3 business days - $20.00+ varies depending on shipping address.

  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. See Refund and Return Policy.
  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. Delays will be provided through the tracking information provided on order fulfillment information/link.
  • Order tracking details. Orders will be provided a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information, contact the email contact@drinkpromino.com in case of any lost packages.
